The company went into production phase in May 2001.

Company activity:
Company produces low and medium carbon steel billets and construction reinforced bars. Currently, the billets are produced in 120x120mm and 150x150mm size with length range of 6,000-12,000mm. The rebars are available in diameter range 8-32mm with length range of 6,000-12,000mm. Current production capacity is 350,000 tons per year. ISO 9002 quality control system is applied to the production process. Steel bars are certified by the State Standard Committee. Additionally, Societe General de'Survelliance (SGS) audits the quality of the company products. The company is the first foreign direct investment in the local metal sector of Azerbaijan since the country gained its independence.
