"Baku Steel Company" СJSC announces "Open tender".
Subject of the tender: Purchase of Cold Straightener.
The tender includes service and labor fees.
The participation fee in the tender is not applicable.
Tender participants should send a request to the relevant e-mail address of the "Purchasing and Supply Department" of the Company (tender@bakusteel.com ) or participants can send the letter about their intention to participate in the "Open Tender" by post (address: 15 Mir-Jalal St., Darnagul Street, Baku).
Suppliers who wish to participate the tender should send the following primary documents together with the filled "Open tender" conditions (full technical requirements, project, evaluation criteria and additional requirements) in PDF format to tender@bakusteel.com by 18:00 on April 24, 2024:
Primary documents:
- Written request (application) to participate in the tender; (by e-mail or by post)
- Certificate from the relevant tax authority about the absence of overdue obligations regarding taxes and other mandatory payments in the country of residence;
- A copy of the financial report approved by the tax authorities about the activities of the claimant in the last year (if the claimant has been operating for less than a year, a copy of the financial report about the specified activities approved by the tax authorities);
- Bank statement about the applicant's financial situation in the last year (if it has been active for a shorter period of time, during the entire period of his activity);
- Claimant's full name, legal status, charter, country of registration and bank details; (copies)
- If the company has it activity in Azerbaijan Republic, a document (certificate) confirming the tax residency of those persons for the purpose of determining the tax residency of the claimant, who is considered a non-resident, if the claimant is a non-resident;
- A completed, signed and sealed copy of the PPQ form in the appendix; (mandatory)
Instructions for submitting a proposal will be provided in the set of terms and conditions. Bids submitted after the specified time will be excluded from the tender.

It is imperative to prepare your proposals in Excel and encrypt them with a password!
Attention! Unencrypted offers will not be considered and will be excluded from the Open tender procedure!
You are required to send the encrypted tender file to the address tender@bakusteel.com of "Baku Steel Company" CJSC by 18:00 on April 24, 2024, and the password to password@bakusteel.com In the "Subject" section of letters sent to both addresses, it is imperative to mention the name of the subject of purchase! (the title of purchasing goods, equipment).
While encrypting the password(code) it is required to write the password in a more complex form using capital and small letters, numbers and symbols.
Attention! If both proposals and "password" are sent to only one of the specified e-mail addresses, the offer of the participant who allows this will not be taken into account and will be excluded from the Open tender procedure!
The opening of proposals for "Open Tender" will be held via ZOOM Call. Authorized representatives of the suppliers may participate in the opening of the received proposals.
In case of a desire to participate, authorized representatives must submit a power of attorney from the company they represent. You are required to send the copy of the authorized person's ID card and power of attorney in PDF format to tender@bakusteel.com no later than 1 (one) working day before the opening of proposals.
