Quality Policy

The management of "Baku Steel Company" CJSC approves and supports the quality policy in order to emphasize the implementation of the Quality Management System, the importance of the goals of this system and the importance of achieving them.

"Baku Steel Company" CJSC ensures the establishment of a quality management system based on the requirements of the Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and applicable International Standards.

"Baku Steel Company" CJSC undertakes the following responsibilities in accordance with the quality management system:

  • Quality policy, goals and quality management system should be consistent with the principles and strategic directions of the Company;
  • Providing customers with high-quality products;
  • Ensuring the availability of resources necessary for the quality management system;
  • Timely production of products by complying with the demands and expectations of customers within the laws;
  • Orientation of employees to development, proper training and improvement;
  • Identifying and evaluating risks and opportunities that may affect the suitability of products and services, including increasing customer satisfaction.

The importance of the Quality Policy, the responsibility to contribute to its effectiveness and the direct connection to the success of the Company are properly explained to each employee with effective management and support.

 The Quality Policy of "Baku Steel Company" CJSC is applied among employees within the Company, and accessibility to interested parties is ensured. The current Quality Policy forms the basis for the formulation of goals and is aligned with the Company's development strategy.

The quality policy is reviewed at the annual management review meeting.
